At LankyBox Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as Justin and Adam do, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Carefully pack your LankyBox merchandise in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
